Mark, Dan, Richard, God and Jesus
WOW !
I am here to tell you (see, I'm here) that the small amount of frequencies we have are really overloaded !
This morning in just about any given moment I could see one or two police departments talking as well as the firemen, EMS and Sheriff's Department. The system hit overload several times which I would guess some operators received "beeps" on their radios. If you had that happen to you, OVERLOAD is the reason.
Not enough frequencies to handle the large group thrown on this 911 system.
Either way, I can't change things... I just hope the FEDS can.
They could start by removing those 800 Mhz Radios from the Court House and Park Maintenance Employees. That would remove some of the overload but still that does NOT CORRECT THE DEAD SPOT issue !
NORVELT EMS was on the air testing this morning finding out that some of their radios have been programmed incorrectly. Back to Mark they go. Also Jeannette Hospital ER is now operating on 800 Meggy Hurts.
Had some nice feedback on the audio clips I posted yesterday, thanks ! If you haven't heard them yet, the one clip includes a 911 EMS dispatcher with an open mic. The direct link is HERE.
He made a very remarkable comment that was caught on digital which is included. In fact, the voice is that of a friend of mine, Mr. Bob I'll call him here.
Mr. Bob has always devoted his life to public safety and sitting at the 911 center is a good place for him as we need people like that in charge.
IN FACT, Mr. Bob would be a good cadidate for Mark's job when he is fired. In fact if he would ever have bigger plans I could easily see him as Commissioner Bob.
Perhaps with people like him as commissioner things would get done. At least you would be able to call and talk to him on the phone unlike Commissioner Balya, who will not talk to those that voted for him. He should be voted out next year.
That's it for your morning coffee break. Remember the coffee is free but you should purchase your own cars and big trucks Dan, Mark and Richard.
Be men and quit sponging off the county !

PS: If Dan, Mark and Richard would give up their county purchased / leased vehicles we could buy at least another 36 radios for the fire, police and EMS ! Or perhaps put up a few more needed tower sites to get rid of those pesky DEAD SPOTS !!! Or use that money for good attorneys to sue Modurolda for this 800 Meggy Hurts Cyst-Em and get them to put in one that has frequencies that are lower and more usable in this terrain. I do believe in God, Jesus and Miracles !!!!!!
