Aren't we past that phase ?
The Westmoreland County 911 Emergency Radio Cyst-Em was put on line way to soon and they shouldn't need to do any testing !
911 is requested "signal" reports from services from all over the county and they are receiving POOR reports back.
HOW MANY TOWERS SITES ARE OUT TODAY ?
WHY CAN'T THE POLICE / EMS / FIRE COMPANIES HEAR YOU ?

Tom Balya's pet project has turned on him and the dispatchers, biting them in the ass.
Come on Mr. Matason, Please Mr. Brammell... pick up the BAT PHONE and call Staley Communications or The Dollar Store.
Tell them they need more string to go between the tin cans we are suppose to call Radios !!
I guess I'm going to have to come back out of my cave and start bitchin' again. I was really hoping for a miracle, replacing the Three Stooges at the courthouse, a new 911 director and assn't director and new equipment but I see nothing has changed except we now have Phil Light's secretary's husband ( Mr. T ) working at the 911 center.
WOW ! Too bad I don't have a wife who is a secretary for someone in the White House, I might be in charge of NORAD or something.
Time for the Blah-ger to make some phone calls in hopes of finishing the JOB of getting some GOOD COMMUNICATIONS for the county. Time for another visit from the Department of Homeland Security and Senator Regola !
