ever hear of a COLD SOLDER JOINT ?

this is a WARNING that the EASTERN PART of Westmoreland County's 800 Mhz Radio System is in extreme failure !
to my knowledge, TWO TOWERS are now DOWN and transmissions between Ligonier Area Police, EMS, and Fire units are almost impossible without saying "what", "10-9" or "repeat" several hundred times.
WARNING OVER, out of my hands.
