THIS ONE ISSUE OF THE BLAH-G JUST MIGHT SAVE YOUR LIFE !

PLEASE READ
First, I have things to do today but NONE as important as writing this issue.
THIS one post to my BLAH-G might be the most important one ever.
Second, I have nothing against Motorola as a company or any Staley employee.
Third (and last) the following might be the most important piece of material you will read anywhere including this BLAH-G concerning the new 800 Mhz Radio System.

As I continue to gather information from you and people you work with (perhaps including your bosses in some cases) I can honestly say that “this new radio system is going to result in someone not getting help when they need it or might even be the reason someone gets hurt or killed” !!!
I continue to receive emails, and phone calls from those I know and after hearing what I’ve heard in the last two weeks I just can’t sit back any longer and “hint” at these problems.
WHEN YOU NEED YOUR RADIO THE MOST – IT MIGHT FAIL, PERIOD.
Do you still have a problem understanding what I am saying, or what I’ve been saying all along in this BLAH-G ?
If so, send me an email with your phone number and let me know what police / fire / ems department you work for. I’ll CALL you to explain.
I’LL EVEN GO SO FAR AS TO SAY THAT:
IF YOU SET UP A MEETING IN MY AREA, I WILL COME TALK TO YOUR GROUP ABOUT THIS.
If I were a police chief and reading this, I would be back on my old radio system in 2 seconds or shorter.
I can hear some of you now… boy these new radios sound mighty fine and have excellent coverage
BUT
may I add that’s ONLY WHEN THEY WORK !
I’ve done my part.
911 and Mark Brammell have FAILED to call me back.
The County Commissioners and Ted Kopus (Chief of Staff) has FAILED to call me back.
THAT’S ABOUT AS HIGH UP AS I CAN GO !
I don’t care who is or is not happy with this issue of the BLAH-G, it was written to protect people like you, the ones that go out each and every day and put their lives on the line for me !
