UPDATE
I am not sure if District 4 Police, or part of D4 (New Florence and surrounding areas) Police are moving BACK to their old frequency for good, or just until Westmoreland County Defartment of Public Safety REPAIRS THEIR TOWER however they made an announcement at approximately 15:00 that they were changing. Not sure if it's the New Florence tower again or the govenment spy satellite we are renting space off of that fell over or out of space !
They stated that since they can NO LONGER COPY 911 on 800 Mhz Junk they were moving back to their old frequencies.
I will attempt to POST audio of that event on my website ASAP. Look for the file Problems-03Nov05.mp3 and that clip will be toward the very end. That audio file contains clips from other dates however the clip about District 4 switching is from 3 Nov 05 ( today ).
Also, if Chief 87 is working at 911 now how come he is acting command at a fire scene now ? Perhaps he doesn't go into work until a later shift ?
